Your calculator inputs stay on your device
Calculations run in your browser. We do not upload or store the sales, invoice, labor, or other business figures you enter. They reset when you reload. There are no customer accounts, invoice uploads, contact forms, advertising pixels, or newsletter sign-ups on this site.
The optional decision brief is generated on your device and includes your entered figures. “Copy decision brief” writes it to your clipboard only when you choose that action. We do not send it to a provider. Review its contents before sharing it yourself.
Optional, aggregate usage counts
Only if you choose “Allow counts,” the site sends page views, calculator actions, and provider-link clicks to our own endpoint. It stores daily totals grouped by an approved page path, action, broad source category, selected campaign label, provider, and button placement. Unknown query values are discarded. Full referring URLs, business inputs, names, email addresses, visitor IDs, and IP addresses are not stored in this analytics database.
After you allow counts, we keep only the broad source category and a recognized campaign label in this page’s memory as you follow internal links. This helps us compare which guides lead to useful tool or provider-link actions. We do not save this context in cookies or browser storage. Reloading, opening a new tab, or withdrawing consent resets it. No activity before consent is reconstructed.
These are event counts, not unique visitor counts, personal browsing histories, purchases, or verified affiliate earnings. We retain the anonymous aggregate totals to compare content over time. We do not sell them or use them for behavioral advertising.
Your choice
Analytics are off until you allow them. You can decline without losing any site features. We save only your preference and its 90-day expiration in this browser’s local storage. It is not a visitor identifier or an account record. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice lasts only for the current page. A supported Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics off.
Changing to “No thanks” stops future optional events. Already aggregated counts cannot be linked to you and cannot be individually removed.
Hosting and technical information
The site runs on OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser details, requested URLs, timestamps, and errors to deliver and protect the site. This technical processing is separate from the optional analytics database described above and is subject to the providers’ applicable terms and privacy practices.
Email and external services
If you contact leancommercestack@gmail.com, we receive the address and information you choose to send and use it to handle your request. Gmail also processes the message under its own terms. Do not send passwords, customer lists, payment-card details, or other sensitive records.
Provider links take you to third-party sites with their own privacy practices. Currently, product buttons are direct unpaid links. If paid links are added, the associated tracking relationship will be disclosed before activation.
